BSP Life PNG – Movement is Medicine Facebook Challenge
Effective: 12 June 2026
1. Promoter
This competition is promoted by BSP Life PNG Limited (“BSP Life PNG”), a licensed life insurer in Papua New Guinea and a member of the BSP Financial Group. Registered office: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
2. Eligibility
| 1 | The competition is open to all persons residing in Papua New Guinea at the time of entry. |
| 2 | Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the date of entry. Entrants under 18 years of age are ineligible and their entries will be disqualified. |
| 3 | Employees of BSP Life PNG Limited and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) residing in the same household are not eligible to participate or win. |
| 4 | Participants must hold a valid, active Facebook account. The account must be set to public for the entire campaign period so that BSP Life PNG’s team can view entry videos and count likes and reactions. No fake account participants will be accepted. |
| 5 | Participants must hold or be willing and able to receive a bank transfer into a BSP bank account in Papua New Guinea. Winners are responsible for opening a BSP bank account if they do not already hold one. |
3. Entry Requirements
| 6 | Only one (1) entry per Facebook account is permitted for the duration of the campaign. Multiple entries from the same account will result in disqualification of all entries from that account. |
| 7 | Entry videos must be uploaded from public profiles between 12:00 AM on 12 June 2026 and 11:59 PM on 30 June 2026, Papua New Guinea time. |
| 8 | Entry videos must feature the participant or a group including the participant engaged in physical movement or activity (exercise, dancing, zumba, sport, walking, jogging, swimming, yoga, or similar activity). |
| 9 | The video caption must include all of the following required hashtags: #MovementIsMedicine #BSPLifePNG #LifeInsurance #MoveWithBSPLife. |
| 10 | All video entries must be uploaded under the comment section of the official “Movement is Medicine, Facebook Challenge post” on the BSP Financial Group Limited Facebook page. Entries are tracked and participants are responsible for ensuring all required hashtags are correctly included in the video caption at the time of posting. |
| 11 | Entries must comply with Facebook’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Any entry removed by Facebook for policy violations will be automatically disqualified. |
| 12 | Entries must not contain nudity, offensive content, hate speech, defamatory material, content that promotes violence, content that infringes any third party’s intellectual property rights, or any content that BSP Life PNG, in its sole discretion, considers to be inappropriate or contrary to its values. |
| 13 | By submitting an entry, participants confirm that the video content is their own original work and that they hold all necessary rights to use any music, images, or third-party content included in the video. |
4. Winner Selection
| 14 | Winners will be determined by the total number of likes and reactions accumulated on the entry video as recorded by BSP Life PNG’s team at 11:59 PM Papua New Guinea time on 30 June 2026. The five (5) entry videos with the highest number of likes and reactions at that time will be declared the winners. |
| 15 | In the event of a tie in the number of likes between two or more entries for a prize position, the tied entry that was posted first (i.e., has the earlier comment timestamp as shown on Facebook) will be awarded the higher ranking. |
| 16 | BSP Life PNG reserves the right to verify the authenticity of likes. Any evidence of artificial like inflation, bot activity, purchased likes, or manipulation of Facebook’s algorithm will result in immediate disqualification of that entry. BSP Life PNG’s determination in this respect is final. |
| 17 | Winners will be verified to confirm eligibility before prizes are awarded. BSP Life PNG may request proof of identity (government-issued ID) and BSP bank account details before releasing any prize. |
| 18 | BSP Life PNG reserves the right to disqualify any entry at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that these Terms and Conditions have been breached. |
5. Prizes
| 19 | Five (5) prizes of K1,000 each will be awarded, one prize per winning entry. Total prize pool is K5,000. |
| 20 | Prizes will be paid as a bank transfer to the winner’s BSP bank account in Papua New Guinea within ten (10) business days of the winner announcement, subject to completion of verification. |

Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash in any currency other than Papua New Guinea Kina (PGK). |
| 22 | Winners are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from receipt of the prize under applicable Papua New Guinea law. |
| 23 | If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) business days of the winner announcement, or fails to provide valid BSP bank account details and required identification within that period, BSP Life PNG reserves the right to forfeit that prize and award it to the next highest-liked eligible entry. |
6. Announcement
| 24 | Winners will be publicly announced on the week of 1 July, 2026 via BSP Financial Group’s official Facebook page and other social media channels. By entering, participants consent to their username being published, a screenshot or embed of their winning video, and their name being publicly shared in the winner announcement. |
| 25 | Participants who do not wish to be publicly identified may withdraw their entry at any time before 30th June 2026 by deleting their Facebook video under the comment’s section. Withdrawal from the competition will forfeit any entitlement to a prize. |
7. Intellectual Property & Consent
| 26 | By entering, participants grant BSP Life PNG a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, share, and publish their entry video (including their name and likeness as appears in the video) across BSP Life PNG’s marketing and social media channels for promotional and awareness purposes, both during and after the campaign period. |
| 27 | Participants retain ownership of their entry video content. BSP Life PNG will not sell entry videos or use them for commercial purposes beyond brand awareness and life insurance promotion. |
| 28 | Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they have obtained consent from all persons appearing in their video prior to submission. |
| 29 | Participants involving minors (persons under 18 years of age) in their video are solely responsible for ensuring they have obtained the written consent of the minor’s parent or guardian. |
8. General Conditions
| 30 | BSP Life PNG’s decision on all matters relating to this competition, including eligibility, winner selection, and prize payment, is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. |
| 31 | BSP Life PNG reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this campaign at any time if circumstances beyond its control, including platform outages, technical failures, or regulatory requirements, make it necessary to do so. Any material changes will be communicated on BSP Group official Facebook page. |
| 32 | This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media platform. All enquiries and claims must be directed to BSP Life PNG. |
| 33 | BSP Life PNG accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failure of Facebook’s platform that prevents or delays entry or like counting. |
| 34 | This competition is governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea. Any dispute arising in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Papua New Guinea. |
| 35 | By participating in this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. |
9. Privacy
| 36 | Personal information (including name, BSP bank account details, and proof of identity) collected from winners will be used solely for the purposes of verifying eligibility and paying prizes. This information will be handled in accordance with BSP Life PNG’s Privacy Policy and applicable Papua New Guinea data protection obligations. |
| 37 | Personal information of winners will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process prize payments through BSP Financial Group systems. |
