To be successful, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Financially stable with a strong network base;
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience preferred;
  • Strong customer service focus;
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Analytical skills and ability to think conceptually;
  • Highly motivated with a proactive attitude;
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver results;
  • Computer literate.

Successful applicants will be assigned to BSP Life PNG’s Lae Sales Office. An attractive “commission-based contract” with other incentives will be offered to secure high caliber candidates.
