ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
  • Scope of the competition – Country Wide (PNG)
  • Agreement – By entering into the competition, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions
  • Applicable Laws – This Competition is governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  Duration of competition : 26 May – 20 June 2025

2. Deadline of submission : Close off Business 5:00pm  20 June 2025  (PNG time)

3. All essays Must be Typed and submitted as an attachment in Word Format via email to bsplifemarketing@bsp.com.pg

4. Number of Words : 500 Words or less (Category 1); 750 Words or less (Category 2) & 1,000 words or less (Category 3)

5. Font Arial  Font size 11

6. Each participant can only submit one entry for the category they qualify. Multiple entries submitted in other categories will be disqualified.

7. All citations from secondary sources must written using the APA Standard.

8. Use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar platforms) to generate or assist with essay writing is strictly prohibited. Entries found to have used AI-generated content will be disqualified.

9. Categories 1 – 3, Each Participant must provide the following at the time of submitting an entry:

a. A copy of a valid Student Photo ID;

b. If a Participant does not have a valid Student Photo ID, a Confirmation Letter signed by the Principal or Head of the Institution must be provided as proof of identity;

c. Personal Contact details including reliable Mobile Phone numbers must be provided for ease of communication.

d. Active personal Bank Account numbers. Winners who do not have a personal Bank Account can provide a nominated third party Bank Account of parents or siblings for ease of transaction of prize monies.

10. BSP Group staff, contracted Insurance advisors and their immediate family members are excluded from this competition

11. Cash prizes

i. Shall be paid directly to the Winners’ nominated BSP bank account.

ii. Winners cannot exchange prizes for any other item.

iii. If winners are not contactable in 2 business days then the prize will be forfeited and a new winner(s) will be selected.

iv. Winners will be announced on Monday 30th June 2025

12. Data Privacy

All personal data collected during this competition (including ID copies, contact numbers, and bank details) will be handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and awarding prizes. Data will not be shared with third parties.
